DeepDota Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-18
By installing or using DeepDota ("the app") you agree to these terms.
- License. You may install and use the app for free for your own, non-commercial use. You may not resell it, or redistribute modified copies of it.
- Test software. The app is under active development. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Draft suggestions, win chances and item advice are statistical estimates, not guarantees of any result.
- Game rules. The app only uses data that Valve and Overwolf make available to it and does not modify Dota 2 or read its memory. You remain responsible for following Valve's and Overwolf's terms when you play.
- Third-party services. Some features rely on OpenDota, STRATZ and Overwolf. Their terms apply to your use of them, and the app may stop working as they change. If you enter your own STRATZ API token, you are responsible for keeping to STRATZ's terms for it.
- Privacy. How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Trademarks. Dota 2 is a registered trademark of Valve Corporation. DeepDota is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Hero names and images belong to Valve.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including lost games, rank or account actions taken by third parties.
- Changes. These terms may be updated; the new version is published at this address with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
